Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By applying to and participating in this affiliate program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the Program operator ("Company"). The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Commission Structure

[Customize this section to describe your commission rates, tiers, and how commissions are earned and calculated. For example:]

Affiliates earn a commission on each qualifying sale referred through their unique tracking link.
Commission rates and types are defined in the Program dashboard and may be updated by the Company.
Commissions are tracked automatically and attributed based on the Program's cookie duration and attribution model.
Refunded, chargedback, or fraudulent transactions will result in commission reversal.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are issued according to the payment frequency set by the Program (e.g., monthly, weekly).
A minimum payout threshold must be met before payment is issued. Unpaid balances roll over to the next payment period.

The Company is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect affiliate-provided information.

4. Prohibited Marketing Methods

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following practices:

Sending unsolicited emails (spam) or messages to promote affiliate links.
Bidding on the Company's brand name, trademarks, or misspellings in paid search advertising.
Using cookie stuffing, ad injection, or any form of click fraud.
Making false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about the Company's products or services.
Promoting on websites containing illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
Using incentivized traffic (e.g., "click here to earn points") without prior written approval.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice. Upon termination:

The Affiliate must immediately remove all affiliate links and promotional materials.
Pending commissions that have met the minimum payout threshold will be paid in the next scheduled payment cycle, provided they are not subject to reversal.
The Company reserves the right to withhold payment for suspected fraudulent or policy-violating activity pending investigation.
The Company may terminate an Affiliate's participation immediately and without notice for breach of these terms.
